TERRAIN LOCATED AMONG THE HILLS
The villa boasts an extremely unique and valuable location, situated amidst the hills of Sant Feliu de Guíxols, Barcelona, Spain. Considered a renowned coastal resort, the villa features a massive architecture and is a masterpiece of contemporary architecture designed by Studio Nolet. Upon completion of this project, we can see the full potential of architect Raül Sánchez's pursuit of design quality. With a harmonious combination of colors, textures, precious materials, and organic forms, the design has created a balance of subtle contrasts when combined with the impressive terrain, resulting in a harmony with the surrounding landscape.

TERRAZZO MIPA - THE FOCAL POINT OF DESIGN
Mipa terrazzo, with its sparkling graniglia, spreads like a carpet, covering and highlighting every corner of the space. Thanks to the flexible material and decisive colors of Mipa Terrazzo, which appears in most of the villa's architecture, it becomes a perfect main character, acting as a connecting thread, harmonizing different architectural blocks, creating a vibrant and multi-dimensional living space.
The terrazzo tiles used in this villa's design are used as a surface coating for the interior with bold and strong colors like yellow, bringing a certain depth to the house.
